We recognize the investment you make in each member we serve. To express our appreciation of your dedication to our members Direct Support Professionals are eligible for this incentive program. To qualify you must work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Area of Excellence Qualifying Criteria Incentive
Successful Referral

Level 1

Refer a new employee that is a successful employee in good standing for 3 consecutive months $100
Successful Referral

Level 2

Refer a new employee that is a successful employee in good standing for 12 consecutive months

No Call Offs

Level 1

Report to all scheduled shifts for 1 month

 

This does not include policy approved vacation requests or shift swaps occurring in the same week (Sunday-Saturday)

1) Name entered in drawing for $25-$50-$100 prize the following month

2) Name placed in drawing for extra prize to be held at Christmas party

Level 2

Report to all scheduled shifts for 12 months
December-November

Whole House Works Scheduled Shifts All employees work scheduled shift in ISS home for 1 calendar month. This does not include policy approved vacation requests Gift Card for each staff that was scheduled in the home
